The Consulting Appraisal Section provides appraisal expertise and technical assistance to Idaho’s county assessors. The team supports counties through valuation guidance, assessment reviews, ratio studies, quality assurance, education, and property tax administration to help ensure consistent and equitable assessments throughout the state.
TAP (Taxpayer Access Point) and some other services will be down for maintenance from Friday, Nov. 6 at 5 p.m. to Sunday, Nov. 8 at 5 p.m. Mountain Time.
