Thursday April 17, 2025BOISE, IDAHO — April 17, 2025 — A married couple from northern Idaho has until May 5 to file delinquent Idaho income tax returns for two years in which their documented income totaled more than $982,000.
Robert Henry and Angelina Henry of Sandpoint were ordered to file returns for 2021 and 2022 by First District Court Judge Susie Jensen. Court filings show that the couple had income of at least $316,661 in 2021 and $665,470 in 2022.
“The vast majority of our taxpayers comply with the law without prompting, but there are a few who choose to ignore the requirements,” said Tax Commission Chairman Jeff McCray. “In fairness to the majority of taxpayers who file their taxes voluntarily, it’s our job to follow up with those who don’t file.”
The Tax Commission is represented in this case by Benjamin C. Sever, Deputy Attorney General for the State of Idaho.
