TAP upcoming maintenance means downtime, new TAP URL

We’re taking TAP (Taxpayer Access Point) down for maintenance starting on Friday, Nov. 6 at 5 p.m. Mountain Time. TAP will be back online by Sunday, Nov. 8 at 5 p.m. Mountain Time.

The maintenance is to update our systems and add a new, simplified TAP URL.

Once TAP is back online, you’ll access TAP with our new TAP URL, tap.tax.idaho.gov. If you use the old TAP URL, it will be redirected to the new homepage URL. However, we suggest you update your bookmarks.

Note: TAP tools that will be down during the maintenance include Quick Pay, Where’s My Refund, Verify Identity, Respond to Inquiry Letter, Temporary Sales and Promoters, and Request a Payment Plan.
