Update on 910s and 967s
Wednesday January 21, 2026Taxpayers needing help with filing their 910s and 967s should first verify that they have and can access their TAP (Taxpayer Access Point) account. Those forms will be available through TAP Friday, January 23, and taxpayers will be able to file them right from TAP.
If you’re still not seeing those forms in your account on Friday, please go to our website’s Contact Us page, scroll down to Submit a question, and use the “Other” button to get assistance. Be sure to include all your information.
Please note that all quarterly 910s and annual 967s with W-2s are due by Monday, February 2. All 1099s are due Monday, March 2.
This article is a follow-up to automated phone calls that were made to taxpayers in December alerting them about our paper reduction effort and the fact that we would no longer be printing and mailing out forms. The move to paperless is the result of budget cuts to state agencies.
