Having trouble getting the security code to log onto TAP?

TAP Users: If you’re having problems receiving the TAP security code by text, please click on “Try a different method to receive your code” on the Verify Security Code page. This will let you select another option to receive your security code. This method works only if you previously set up another verification option.

You should set up multiple options to receive your security code in case there are issues. We recommend using an authentication app as your main option and email as your second option.
