Tax Commission wants public feedback on tax information

BOISE, IDAHO — Oct. 6, 2014 — The Idaho State Tax Commission wants your feedback on how well the agency is providing information on taxes. To do that, the Tax Commission is using both a print and Web survey during the month of October.

The print survey is being mailed to 1,800 randomly-selected Idaho taxpayers. Anyone who doesn’t receive a print survey in early October is welcome to take the online survey on the Tax Commission’s website at (see the top of the home page).

“We know that taxes are complicated, and we’re doing our best to make them easier for people to understand,” said Tax Commission Chairman Rich Jackson. “We plan to use the results of this survey to help us improve our efforts and provide information in whatever format people prefer to use.”
