Sign Up to Get Tax Due Date Reminders from TAP
On December 14, 2018, we added an additional feature to your Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) account.
You can ask TAP to send you an email two business days before your due date.
Reminders will be sent only for those accounts that can be filed in TAP. For example, individual income tax can't be filed in TAP so no individual income tax reminders will be emailed to you.
Take these steps to activate this new feature.
- Log into your TAP account at tax.idaho.gov/gotoTAP.
- Click the "Settings" link in the top right area of the screen.
- Click the "Edit" button above your Logon information.
- Check the box "Receive email reminders to file."
- Click the "Save" button.
If you already have a TAP account, you must change your current settings to receive reminders. If you want to stop receiving reminders, log back and uncheck the "Receive email reminders to file" box.
The email reminders will be sent from IdahoTaxCommission[AT]gentax.net. Add this email to your contacts to make sure they don't go to your junk folder.
