Sales tax, income tax withholding, and other tax forms generated for permit accounts are not available on our website. We can only mail these forms to the address provided by the account owner (or designated Power of Attorney) because of the confidential information they contain. Contact us if you need a replacement sent, or file online.

Sales tax, income tax withholding, and other permit-based tax forms are not available on our Web site. We can only mail these forms to the address provided by the account owner because of the confidential information they contain, such as federal Employer Identification Numbers. We can't provide these forms to someone else unless that person has a Power of Attorney from the owner.
